Deck Expansion and Upgrade
This is an example of a deck that was expanded. The old deck was Redwood, and that was replaced with new Trex composite material. We doubled the square footage of the old deck and added an expanded concrete patio underneath.
 
New Deck Construction
These decks are examples of what we can do starting from scratch. Both of these decks were on the same house. These larger deck was a new 300 square foot redwood deck adjoining the master bedroom (french doors). This huge deck gives the owner a private relaxation area to enjoy the outdoors driectly off the bedroom. The smaller deck is a new 120 square foot redwood deck adjoining the kitchen. With the benches and the BBQ grill hookup, this is a great place to entertain and party.
