This Home was a complete remodel.  Exterior improvements included just about everything.  The old exterior was a beat up plywood and slat siding with boring paint, old gutters, and poor accents.  The updates completely transformed the exterior appeal with new vinyl windows, two-color elestomeric stucco finish, new gutters, new fascia paint, a new roof, and the addition of 2 new decks on the rear totaling 450 square feet of new deck.  This transformation took the home from a boring, and ugly exterior to a beautiful home with modern features and great space to enjoy the outdoors.

  This home was mostly a cosmetic remodel.  The dingy old exterior was cleaned and painted with colors that made the home feel larger and look far more inviting.  Also, new gutters were added to help protect the new exterior.
